At the beginning of your upkeep, look at the top
X cards of your library, where X is equal to your devotion to blue and green. You may put a card
from among them into your hand for every five devotion to blue and green you have. Put any
number of the rest on top of your library in any
order, and the remainder on the bottom of your library.
