Rings of Revenge

(Two rings) These rings must both be worn
for their properties to take effect. When you
are not at full hit points, you may force one
enemy to reroll a save against each of your
spells. When an enemy fails a save against
one of your spells, regain hit points equal
to the spell slot (minimum 1).
