Rinyan, the Secretarian

When Rinyan enters the battlefield, you
may sacrifice a land you control, or exile a
land from your graveyard. If you do, search
your library for a land card and put it onto
the battlefield.
{t}: Reveal the top 2 cards of your deck, you
may exile one of them. If you do, you may
play the other card until end of turn.
