Ripping Into Reality
Return all nonland permanents to their
owners' hands.
Then each player exiles their hand and 15 cards they own from
outside the game. Each player may cast the cards they exiled
without paying their mana costs. For the rest of the game, whenever
a player casts a creature, roll
a dice that goes 1-6. What number you roll is
it's base power and toughness.
