Riptide Serpent

Whenever Riptide Serpent enters the battlefield:
Put a 0/+2 counter on all white creatures under your control.
Put a +1/+1 counter on all red creatures under your control.
Whenever a creature gets three counters put on them, get rid of the counters, and create a token copy of them.
