Rise Up!

Starting with the opponent to your left, each player in turn order take turns to play a spell from their graveyard without paying it's mana cost.
Once a player declines to play more spells,
all spells put onto the stack with Rise Up! resolve.
Create a 2/2 black Zombie creature token for each permanent card put into play this way.
