Rising Hope

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your control, you may look at the top three cards
of your library, then put them back in any order.
If you have 6 or more cards in hand, you may
exile the top card of your library. If you do, you
may cast that card this turn without paying its
mana cost if it's a nonland permanent. If you
control 10 or more nonland permanents, you
may take an extra turn after this one. (Only
one extra turn until your opponents next end
step.)
