Rising Lich

As Rising Lich enters the battlefield, choose any
number other nonland permanents you control.
Put a phylactery counter on each of them. Put
that many +1+1 counters on Rising Lich.
Whenever a permanent you control with a
phylactery counter on it leaves the battlefield,
remove two +1/+1 counters from Rising Lich.
