Rising Populace

Whenever another creature or planeswalker you control dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Rising Populace. If that creature is an animal or a woman, instead of that put a +3/+3.
Belive me, they can get really angry and annoying, especially if you are not a labourer, vegan or feminist.
