Rising Shoreline

At the beginning of your upkeep, Scry 1.
{u}: If Rising Shoreline is not a creature, put a +1/+1 counter on it and it becomes a 0/1 Elemental Construct creature with Hexproof until end of turn. If it's power is 5 or greater it becomes a creature permanently.
If Rising Shoreline dies while it is a creature, draw cards equal to it's toughness then discard cards equal to it's power.
