Risk It All

Sacrifice all nonland permanents under your control.
Cut your library into two piles of your choice. Pick one of them. If you find nonland permanents with converted mana cost more or less (your choice), you may put them onto the battlefield tapped. If not, put the chosen pile into your graveyard. Return the sacrificed nonland permanents back onto the battlefield.
