Elemental creatures you control get +1/+3.
{3}: Create a 1/1 blue and red Elemental creature token, then exile an instant or sorcery spell from
your graveyard underneath the token.
Whenever an elemental creature you control dies,
if it had a spell exiled underneath it, you may cast
that spell without paying its mana cost. Spells
cast this way are exiled as they resolve.
