When Rite of Disease enters the battlefield, put a poison counter on each player. At each of your upkeeps, put a -1/-1 counter on all creatures. Creatures with a -1/-1 counter on them have
infect.

player who is poisoned.
{b}{g}: Put a -1/-1 counter on target creature.
