This spell can't be countered.
You and targeted spell's controller each place
your hand face down as well as both of your
literal hands onto the battlefield. On your mark
of "go," begin the Rite of Resolve. If the owner
of the targeted spell blinks their eyes or moves
either one of their literal hands before the owner
of this spell, counter target spell.
