Rite of the Elder

Whenever you draw a card, put a rite
counter on Rite of the Elder.
If there are 10 or more rite counters on Rite
of the Elder, sacrifice it. Search your library
for a card named The Elder and put it onto
the battlefield under your control.
Shuffle your library.
If The Elder is in your hand, you may cast it without paying it`s mana cost.
