Ritual Blood Shaman

As Ritual Blood Shaman enters the battlefield, choose Ritual or Blood.
If Ritual is chosen: Exile all lands you control, then put three 2/2 Zombie Creature tokens on to the battlefield for each land exiled this way.
If Blood is chosen: Double your life total, then all creatures get -X/-X until end of turn, where X is your life total.
