Ritual of Akadu Pass

Each player votes for blessed or cursed. If cursed gets the most votes, exile all creature cards from all graveyard.
Each player creates a 2/2 black zombie creature token for each card they own exiled this way.
If blessed gets the most votes, return all creatures from all graveyards to the battlefield under their owners control.
