Ritual of Blood

All creatures get -4/-4 until end of turn. If a nontoken creature would die this way, exile
it instead with a blood counter on it. Then
you create a 1/1 black and red Avatar creature token with "When this creature attacks, it deals X damage to the defending player, where X is the number of cards in
exile with blood counters on them."
