Ritual of Fortune

Ritual - Starting with you each player may
vote to participate or disrupt. Each player
who chose participate rolls a D20. Each
player who chose disrupt rolls a D20. If the
total sum of participate is greater than the
sum of disrupt, each player discards his or
her hand and draws seven cards. Otherwise,
this spell doesn't resolve.
