Rival Nemesis
When Rival Nemesis deals combat damage to a creature, put
a stun counter on the defending creature. This stun counter does
not get removed at it's controller's upkeep. Only two creatures can
be affected by this card's ability at once.
When Rival Nemesis dies, remove all stun counters produced by this
card. All creatures opponents control must flip a coin, if heads
they take 3 damage, if tails nothing happens
