Riven the Bribed

{t}: Add {b} to your mana pool for each card in
target opponent's hand.
At the the beginning of each opponent's upkeep
that player may discard a card to tap Riven the
Bribed until that player's next upkeep.
"Im giving them what they want, and I make sure
that they continue to want it."
