Whenever Riven, the Exile deals combat damage
to a player, put a rune counter on Riven, the
Exile.
Riven, the Exile gets +1/+1 for each rune counter
it has.
Remove X rune counters from Riven, the Exile: Destroy each other nonland permanent with
mana value X or less.
