South Korea has over 100,000 kilometres of very safe roads with traffic fatalities being 10.3 per 100,000 people per year compared to 17.1 worldwide. They also spend 3.1% of their GDP on Infrastructure and have a rating of 92 from the Global Infrastructure Hub with an average rating of 84 to high income countries.
