Roaming Putrefaction

Each creature card in your graveyard has
scavenge {x}, where X is its mana value. (Exile a creature card from your graveyard and pay {x}: Put a
number of +1/+1 counters equal to that card's power
on target creature. Scavenge only as a sorcery.)
Whenever you would put two or more counters
on a permanent, you may distribute those
counters among any number of permanents of
the same type controlled by that permanent's controller instead.
