and regains 1d3 charges daily at dawn.
Action (1 charge): The garment displays a
shifting pattern of dazzling hues that shed 30ft
bright light and a further 30ft dim light until
the end of your next turn. Attack rolls against
you by creatures with sight are at disadvantage.
In addition, any creature in the bright light that
can see when activated must succeed on a DC 15
Wis save or become stunned until the effect ends.
