+1: Separate all goblins into two face-up piles. Target opponent chooses a pile. For each goblin in that pile, create a token that's a copy of it.
-2: Put target goblin from the command zone onto the battlefield without paying its mana cost.
-8: Sacrifice 1000 goblins. If you do, you win te game.
