Robin Hood, the Equalizer

At the beginning of each players upkeep, for each
land that player controls, that player flips a coin.
If they lose the flip, they tap that land. Then
each other player adds mana in any combination
of colors equal to the number of tapped lands
the player whose turn it is controls.
As long as you control three or more archers, this
cards abilities do not trigger during your upkeep.
