At the beginning of each players upkeep, for each
land that player controls, that player flips a coin.
If heads, they tap that land. If tails, each other
player adds mana in any combination of colors
equal to the maximum amount of mana that land
can produce.
{t}: Target player sacrifices all gold and treasure
tokens they own. As long as this ability is on the
stack, players can't cast spells or activate abilities
that aren't mana abilities.
