Robocaller

Can't be countered or blocked.
Choose an opponent who controls a green or red permanent. That play selects a number in their
phone's contact list and allows you to call it from
their phone. If the number answers, you each
gain 2 life. If they don't answer, you each loose 3
life. If target opponent refuses, they loose 4 life
and return Robocaller to your hand. Opponent
may not select someone who is at the table.
