Owner of target spell and another target
player play a rock, paper, scissors subgame
(Best of three). If the owner of the targeted spell loses the subgame, counter target spell
and you may draw a card, otherwise that
spell's controller may copy the targeted spell.
An evil game as primordial as reality itself.
