Whenever you cast or copy a non-creature spell,
this creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
When Rodan enters the Battlefield, exile target
instant or sorcery card with mana value 2 or less
from your hand or graveyard.
Whenever Rodan attacks, you may copy the
exiled spell. You may cast it without paying it's
mana cost.
