Whenever Rodhan deals combat damage to
an opponent, put a +1/+1 counter on it.
Then, if there are 10 or more +1/+1
counters on Rodhan, sacrifice it.
Whenever Rodhan dies, it deals damage equal
to its power to each opponent, then return it
to its owner's hand at the beginning of the
next endstep.
