each player reveals a card from their hand if they reveal a card with a converted mana cost that is higher than X than you must pass the turn to them immediately if multiple players reveal cards higher than X then one with the highest converted mana cost
if no card revealed is higher than X than all your creatures gain +X/+X and haste
