Romancing

Whenever Romancing enters the battlefield,
choose two target players. Then, choose one
target creature from each player targeted.
Both creatures can't attack or block targeted
player that is not controlling the creature.
If Romancing leaves the battlefield, those
creatures can attack and block as normal.
