Romantic Gesture

Whenever a token would enter the battlefield, the player under whose control it would otherwise enter the battlefield may choose to have it enter the battlefield under the control of another target player instead.
Whenever one or more counters would be placed on a permanent, the controller of that permanent may choose to have those counters placed on another target permanent instead.
