Romina, Saint of the Bud

When Romina enters the battlefield or attacks
put a Rot counter on her and target land or creature.

At the beginning of each player's upkeep that player loses 2 life for each permanent they control with a Rot counter on it.

If an opponent controls five or more permanents with Rot counters, creatures you control gain flying, deathtouch and lifelink.
