Romulan Disruptor

The Romulan Disruptor is the basic service weapon of the Romulan Empire. It has a minimum reload time and the accuracy is enough to hit close targets. Firing an energy pulse it can have a range of effective uses.
Use a D12 for Attack when engaged in Battle.
