As long as Rook is on the battlefield whenever a
source would deal damage to you take half as
much rounded down instead
When one or more creatures with power 4 or
greater you control deals combat damage to a
player exile the top card of your library. You may
cast cards exiled this way as long as you control a
creature with power 4 or greater.
