At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top
card of your library and put it into your hand.
Then scry X, where X was the revealed card's
converted mana cost. If a land was revealed this
way, instead you may draw a card.
Whenever Rose, Seer of the Light dies, if it wasn't attacking or blocking, return it to its owner's
hand at the beginning of the next upkeep.
