Rosy isn't a creature.
Whenever a non-Dog source deals damage
to a Dog you control, Rosy deals 1 damage
to that source's controller.
Whenever a creature you control deals
combat damage to a player, flip a coin.
If you win the flip, create a Food token.
Otherwise create X Junk tokens, where X is
half your devotion to red, rounded down.
