creature tokens, opponents cannot draw
unless they pay {2} for each card they
attempt to draw.
If Rotterik Town would have any number of
counters placed on it you must sacrifice that
many settler creature tokens. If you have no
settler creature tokens flip Rotterik Town.
Whenever a settler token dies gain 1 life.
