with a +1/+1 counter and a Rot counter for every
two creatures in your graveyard (rounding down)
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a Rot
counter from Rotting Angel. If you cannot do
this, sacrifice Rotting Angel.
In times of desperation, angels can be brought
back from wherever they go upon death... temporarily.
