When Roy deals combat damage to a player, after combat, Roy phases out. Once it phases back in,
you may search your library for a land card and
put it onto the battlefield. It enters tapped if it's
non-basic.
Koopalings you control have Trample.
Partner (You can have two commanders if
both have partner.)
