Whenever Roy, Brave Lion deals combat damage, remove a Gale counter from Roy. If you can't, put a Gale counter on Roy. If you do, Roy deals damage equal to his power to target creature or player.
Whenever Roy attacks, you may have him get +2/+2 until end of turn. If you do, put a -1/-1 counter on him at the beginning of the next end step.
