Rubick, Grand Magus

{u/r}: Target activated ability an opponent controls, then put a magus counter on the source of target activated ability and remove all other magus counters from all other permanents.

Magus counters remain on permanents as they move to any zone other than a player's hand or library.

Rubick has all activated abilities of permanents with
a magus counter on them, and mana of any type can be spent to activate them.
