Glass Ceiling

When Glass Ceiling enters the battlefield, each player's maximum hand size becomes their current hand size, plus one, until Glass Ceiling leaves the battlefield.
Each player has a minimum hand size of 1. (At the beginning of each player's cleanup step, they draw a card if they have no cards in hand.)
