Thopters you control gain "When this creature dies, each player votes Human or Mutant. If Human wins, humans get -0/-4 if they attack until your next turn. If mutant won, nonhuman creatures get -4/-0 if they attack until your next turn. If there is a tie, add {w}{w}{w}{u}{u}{u}{b}{b}{b}.
You control players who you have dealt combat damage to while they vote until the end of their turn.
