Ruined Barracks

Whenever a creature you control deals damage to
an opponent, put a +1/+1 counter onto it.
When Ruined Barracks enters the graveyard from
the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter onto each creature you control.
A soldier simply walks inside the crumbling walls of
the barracks to feel the techniques of old enter their
mind.
