battlefield, create two Scrap tokens. (They're
artifacts with "When this artifact is put into a
graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter
on target creature you control.")
As long as Ruined Dragon Engine has two or
more +1/+1 counters on it, it gets +2/+0, gains
flying, and loses defender.
