Ruk, the orc scholar enters the battlefield with
X +1/+1 counters, where X is equal to the
number of cards you've drawn this turn.
If you draw a card you may pay {1}, if you do put
a +1/+1 counter on Ruk, orc scholar.
When Ruk, orc scholar dies, draw cards equal to
the amount of +1/+1 counters on him.
